Learning a trade and the value of a strong work ethic, Mr. Alger fell in love with the transformation, honest work, and, most importantly, gratification-coupled construction projects. After completing his service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he decided to follow his passion and utilize his management skills to embark on the birth and growth of his first construction firm. At age 31, David A. Alger established himself as a community leader and influencer. He is happiest with his wife Brittany, raising their four children, Jack, Blake, Austyn, and Chase, in his current residence of Brookfield, Connecticut.

At large, David Alger is an ambitious trailblazer incredibly proud of the success he has had in creating and running a business. He attributes his professional success to the team designed around him and the support from his wife over the years. In addition, his visionary perspective has helped carve out opportunities to work with federal and government agencies throughout the Northeastern United States.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS) from Southern New Hampshire University. He also graduated from the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) Program at the University of Connecticut's School of Business
