This ensures budgets are accurate, construction drawings are complete, and excessive change orders and costly budget and schedule overruns are avoided – all without compromising the integrity of the project.

CONSTRUCTION

BlackHorse continues to successfully deliver superior products in the categories of design-build, new construction (vertical and horizontal), remodel and expansion, repair and maintenance, construction support, and general construction services.
As a prime contractor, we efficiently plan and smoothly execute responsibility for providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the project at hand. As the prime contractor, our number one priority is safety. We provide ourselves with hiring specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the work.
Communication and management of expectations are the lifeblood of a well-organized and well-run project. We are second-to-none in producing high-quality, timely, and direct ownership when it comes to managing our subcontractors.
As a subcontractor, we seamlessly integrate our efforts with those of the prime and other subcontractors on the job. Our team takes a personal interest in every project and remains readily accessible to the client and his or her representatives.

COMPLETION AND WARRANTY

At BlackHorse, we know closeout management procedures and a well-established warranty program are critical for an effective handover. We pride ourselves on a completed and thorough project closeout process.
A well-executed closeout substantiates the completed performance according to the contract. You can expect the project to be conducted according to the contract documents, that all costs be billed and paid, the building complies with all proper statutes and regulations, and that you, the owner, are able to legally occupy the property without fear of encumbrance.
